During university I took a gap year and moved to Orlando to take part in the Disney Internship program. I started off in a Front Desk position at a resort , moved to concierge and then was promoted to a My Magic Plus trainer for the role out of the new room key system.My role as a manager includes the following responsibilities:• Managing bookings and organising guests holidays• High level of product knowledge in order to answer all guest queries• Managing own days training staff to ensure they were aware of new procedures and work around with the new room key systems• offering exceptional customer service, and going above and beyond to ensure guests holidays were exceptional.
