Mark Higgins is Relationship Manager at FundBank and is based in its New York operation. Mark is a driven business development professional and financial analyst with extensive experience in collateral and liquidity management, portfolio analysis, data analysis and risk monitoring. Mark has worked in a multitude of financial ecosystems both in the United States, Ireland, and the Cayman Islands and most notably in New York City. Mark’s background in banking and investments means he is well placed to build and maintain key business relationships and he is principally responsible for establishing strategic partnerships and business relationships to market the bank’s products and services across all business lines.As Relationship Manager, Mark works with the bank’s teams in the Cayman Islands and New York to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and business relationships.Prior to holding the position as Relationship Manager, Mark joined Waystone in 2016 initially as an Associate with the Market Access team, a European MiFID licensed entity in Dublin, Ireland before moving to the Cayman Islands where he became a Trader and Associate with DMS Bank in 2018.Mark graduated from the University of Hartford, CT with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. During his attendance, he was selected to manage and invest over $300,000 in capital funded by the University and selected to compete in the CFA Institute Research Challenge.
