- Planned and managed the production and design of web properties for AVAC (an award winning website), the World Health Organization, amfAR and others. - Introduced elements of agile methodology to the development of our digital products. - Developed strategies for email and social media outreach utilizing best practices, A/B testing and analytics. - Created resources for individual HIV-prevention issue campaigns including reports, project specific websites, banner ads and Facebook pages. - Oversaw the design, production and edited PxWire, a quarterly print newsletter aimed at the HIV prevention community. - Designed web content including an online slide show on the disease, Chagas; wrote, edited, and produced web pages on issues such as sleeping sickness, Sri Lanka, and malnutrition—including image selection and placement.- Wrote for the quarterly publication, Alert (distribution of 160,000), edited country reports for the Doctors Without Borders Annual Report, and edited audio for use in podcasts using Adobe Audition. - Supported press outreach for a traveling Refugee Camp exhibit—including securing calendar listings, creating contact lists of journalists, producing and mailing press kits.

- Developed and taught a course entitled "America and the World," covering diverse topics such as terrorism, globalization and the international economy to over fifty undergraduates.
