As a brewer, I worked as a temporary/freelancer at Atto Brewery from March 2023 to December 2023, and as a korean traditional liquor company, I performed tasks such as main type development, brewing, distillation, packaging, and internal and external events. Prior to that, he worked as an employee of the Caffeine Shinhyeon-ri Brewing Team from September 2021 to January 2023 at GiesenKorea Caffeine Shinhyeon-ri Co., Ltd., where he conducted brewing assistance, CIP, factory hygiene management, recipe development and maintenance, and packaging. The total duration of my career is 2 years and 3 months, and as a club, I conducted data-based brewing activities with incumbent brewers and home brewers at the Brewing Research Academy to conduct beer brewing and experiments, accumulating details on brewing skills.
