With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, I am the Assistant Vice President of Information Technology at Valiram, a leading luxury retail group in Asia Pacific. I am practiced in ITIL, the global standard for IT service management, and I have a strong technical and management skillset that enables me to deliver innovative and effective IT solutions that support the business goals and customer needs.In my current role, I lead a team of IT professionals who are responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure and systems for the group's retail operations across 9 countries. I also collaborate with senior stakeholders, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment of IT strategy, budget, and resources with the group's vision and objectives. Some of my key achievements include reducing IT costs by migrating the IT infrastructure to the cloud, and enhancing IT security and compliance. I am passionate about leveraging IT to create value and drive growth for the group and its brands.
