Scope of Duties:- Review and negotiation of strategic and tactical procurement contracts working alongside supply chain management across group companies. - Research, prepare and give legal advice in, including but not limited to: termination of employment, benefits, aircraft grounding, dividends and distribution policy, corporate governance in government owned companies- Member in forensic audit team and general compliance monitoring and gap-analysis review - Departmental administrative responsibilities
