A few of the daily task I perform:- Considered as a first-line support to all users of the CRM. Therefore, I provided daily technical support for all CRM users, managed support calls and employee workflows.- Managed data and insured records are accurate, up to date and consistent across systems.- Created and maintained Process Builders, Flows, Assignment Rules etc.- Basic Salesforce Administration (Data maintenance, dashboards,reports, fields, page layouts, etc).- User Management- User creation/deactivation- User role/profile assignment- User/Sales reps training on Lighting App builder and Salesloft- Implementing & testing all-new enhancements and add-ons from Salesforce releases as well as and custom internal enhancements.- Data Loader- Prepared Excel Sheets, SOQL Queries etc. - Used the tool daily
