  As a MEAL Assistant in the health sector at International Medical Corps, I play a crucial role in supporting the MEAL team to enhance program quality and effectiveness. My duties include executing the MEAL work plan, conducting monitoring activities on a weekly basis, and managing data collection for various assessments, including PDMs, PSSs, and baseline and endline surveys. I am involved in both qualitative and quantitative data analysis, ensuring data accuracy through routine audits and maintaining comprehensive databases. I also support the development of data collection tools and assist with statistical analyses. My responsibilities extend to understanding grant specifics, coordinating with different internal teams, and contributing to monthly and quarterly reporting internally and to international stakeholders. Additionally, I manage documentation, navigate various data tools and platforms, and help with survey adjustments based on experience.
