• Creating, releasing, changing & displaying contractual and non-contractual purchase order for goods movement (GRN\GRV) (BOM).• Creating, releasing, changing & displaying stock transfer with order reference (inter-branch BOM).• Entering& uploading stock variance and stock report.• Entering all the debit/credit invoices for payments (GRN/GRV).• Entering all the daily goods issue requisitions. • Creating material consumption report.• Preparing daily Cash sales report and posting.• Preparing revenue summary and daily cost tracker.• Preparing monthly reconciliation statement.

• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.• Creating, releasing, changing & displaying purchase order for goods movement (GRN\GRV)(BOM).• Creating, releasing, changing & displaying outbound delivery with order reference(GRN\GRV) (inter-branch BOM).• Price updating with or without VAT 5% according to items in different retail competitors.• Display stock/stock in transit in requirement situation.• Entering & uploading PDA variance and stock report.• Display stock/stock in transit in requirement situation.• Checking and displaying daily sale report in SAP.• Stock transfer or repacking from one article to other & scrapping (wastage).• Entering or transferring stock of damaged, expired & GRV items to different locations withdifferent movement types.• Entering all the invoices (debit/credit) (GRN/GRV) for payment to the suppliers as peraccountant’s instruction.
