Currently, I'm filling the position of Head of Process Development at CybertronPC in addition to managing engagement with partners, and different distribution channels such as Amazon, BestBuy, Walmart, and more.Prior to that and for 3 years, I had been working at Jumia Group heading logistics and delivery operations. Starting with managing last-mile operations including the controlled fleet (Owned & Outsourced), and multiple 3PLs. Then managing network distribution centers handling more than 12K orders daily to the last-mile from retail warehouse and seller’s fulfillment operations (first-mile). The operations of the seller’s pick-ups from more than 500 sellers per day were under my supervision as well.I had started my professional career journey working at Orange Egypt, and for 7 years starting from Junior Engineer through Team Supervisor and Team Manager.Thank you for your time and consideration.I'm holding an Engineering Bachelor's Degree and currently studying MBA, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and I have more than 6 years in the logistics and supply chain industry.
