As Program Manager, my primary task is to direct project managers and their activities related to the eight tracks. I effectively plan resource allocation to accommodate needed increases in onsite and offshore resources while managing the budgets each quarter. Finally, I worked on the cross functional support model and sustaining process while reducing team to align with sustaining model, as well as supporting applications during NPI launches in the war rooms.

In this role, I managed high-profile SAP project plans.My project highlights included:Delivery Options / Customer Experience• Ship from store is a fulfillment strategy designed to leverage store inventory to fulfill online orders faster and more efficiently. Free next-day delivery to most customers, previously three- day delivery. • Built a foundation for enabling next-generation fast-tracked order processing and delivery system. Improved customer delivery messaging based on time of day and integrating store hours and holiday using SAMS data.Operations / Logistics Project• Implemented seven-day customer-facing global supply chain program targeting elevated customer experience, highlighted with backend system enhancements and partner management to drive improvement to KPIs.• Led project to meet aggressive timelines within the project and interacted with multiple SSGs and their teams across IS&T to ensure successful implementation. Project outside Skywalk area.• Received requirements list from Skywalk business teams annually and managed different releases to cover all the requirements across the year.• Contributed to BRD analysis and translation of SAP functionality to ETS team. Performed unit testing of Skywalk functionality while writing functional specification documents for changes in SAP. Performed unit testing in SAP. Wrote play backslides. Presented Delivery grouping concept. Maintained master template for data sync tables. Wrote IT scenarios for business scenarios and IT scenarios for Skywalk scenarios. Contributed to IT test scripts for Skywalk and E2E business scenarios. • Configured RL04 plant in SAP. Performed unit and integration testing.
