Information Technology Executive
Current- Maintain and responsible for daily end-users’ support in PCs, printers and software related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation including CCTV, antivirus, M365 and networking to ensure system are.
- Support, monitor and maintain the IT network (LAN, WIFI, WAN, VPN, Firewall, Load Balancer, Router) for both local infrastructure and cloud.
- Attend to both hardware and software delivery requirement, liaise with IT vendors and manage procurement and implementation schedule
- Provide L1, L2 & L3 technical and functional support to resolve more advanced issues when necessary
- Perform daily operational monitoring and support for group network including investigation and undertaking alerts and errors.
- Provide training and demonstration and produce training and demonstration materials to business.
