I am also a provisional CA member and a holder of a Bachelor of Commerce degree in accounting from The University of Queensland.Prior to joining Public Accounting & Tax Services, I worked for over two years as an assistant manager and an acting manager in the hospitality industry, where I demonstrated leadership, time management, and communication skills. I was responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operation, including staff recruitment, training, rostering, and stocktake. I also organised staff events, handled customer complaints, and ensured compliance with health and safety standards. I am passionate about delivering excellent service and creating a positive work environment for my team.
