worked with Wateen, the national blood donation initiative, on:1. Operational planning for the work of all Wateen divisions include recreate internal processes, yearly execution planning , performance measures 2. Participate in preparing launch ceremony in the presence of the Minister of Health3. Involve volunteers and forming teams in 22 cities around the Kingdom and setting indicators and targets for each team after coordinating with blood banks in each region4. Actively Participate in creating donation campaigns around the kingdom

I carried out transformation initiatives during the period of cooperation that lasted about six months, those initiatives were:1- Contributing to reformulating the association’s strategic perceptions and developing its business model2- Creating more than 50 programs and activities related to consumer awareness and advocacy3- Providing a detailed vision of the mechanisms to support government entities in their roles to protect consumers and manage their affairs4- Creating more than 30 projects to cooperate with governmental and semi-governmental entities in consumer affairs

The Riyadh Boys and Girls Volunteer Group started in 2009It is one of the first voluntary groups in the city of Riyadh, under the supervision of Najeeb Al-Zamil, may God have mercy on him.The group turned into an endowment entity in 2012 with the support of a group of donor institutionsThe transformation of spontaneous youth work into an organized institutional work headed by an independent board of directorsThe business model has become based on projects, and each project has a manager and a team of volunteersThe most prominent projects accomplished by the institution:Kalbnian Project: The project aims to restore the homes of the needy with the efforts of volunteers, students of the Technical College and collaborators. The project succeeded in restoring about 20 homes with the efforts of volunteersNaqi Project: aims to intensify activities concerned with the environment, such as afforestation, hygiene and recycling. The project succeeded in planting hundreds of trees, cleaning vast areas, and distributing hygiene tools to cars.Rabeez Project: aims to motivate school students to participate in volunteer programs. The project arranged dozens of motivational programs for students and attracted inspirational speakersOn the scope of institutional work, the Foundation has succeeded in modeling the local volunteer entity, and it has been before the new regulations of the Ministry and its guiding regulations.
