Responsibilities: - Customer contact for all engineering topics during whole project execution phase for international projects- Analysis of tender requirements, design of system architecture and analysis of technical feasibility- Coordination of both internal and 3rd party equipment supplies - System configuration and integration of IT and networking equipment and all 3rd party equipment in a safety-critical environment- Design and verification of appropriate system test procedures, creation of acceptance test and project documentation- Execution of acceptance tests together with customers on both factory and customer premises

Responsibilities:- Participation as technical expert in customer events such as trade shows and individual customer presentations. Demonstrate and explain radio systems and terminal features to customers including the preparation of events in co operation with other departments and active involvement in the presentation. Responsibility for the set up and configuration of demo equipment in order to ensure a proper performance of the solutions- Custodian of demonstration systems and measurement equipment. This includes small system builds and assembly of demo racks, maintenance, firmware upgrades and system as well as terminal configuration- Liaise with technical experts and product management within the organization. Communication with 3rd party suppliers for clarification of technical questions and for receiving pricing information- Upon the assignment of an opportunity and in co operation with the assigned Sales professional, gather sufficient information and evaluate technical feasibility of given opportunities- Assist the Sales professional in technical matters as necessary to secure the award of a given project. This includes preparation of technical write ups, answering technical enquiries, negotiation support and customer presentations- Create and maintain quotes based on the list of equipment. Create and compile the technical documentation of offers including as requested e.g. system block diagrams, system descriptions and compliance statements as well as other deliverables according to the customer’s request. For large or particularly challenging projects this will be done in co operation with a Project Manager- Responsibility for all aspects of the design of a solution, ensuring that it is adequately documented and reviewed for a smooth hand over to the Services team
