Migrate, validate, and archive legacy EMR data from newly acquired healthcare providers.

-Provided Level 2/3 help desk support for 250+ users spread over 3 manufacturing sites in 2 states as Philips transitioned from an in-house help desk to an HP provided help desk.-Responsible for creating and maintaining organization-wide user accounts and file permissions in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange 2007-Provided remote support and logistics for the closing and consolidation of 3 manufacturing sites in 2 states that included moving hundreds of user systems to multiple new home sites.

-Procured, configured and maintained 200+ PCs and provided Level 1/2 helpdesk services for 300+ users at 6 sites spread over the US and Mexico.
