Lead Human Resources Consultant
Responsible for all Labor Relation activities at the San Juan Generation Power Plant for PNM Resources. Workforce includes approximately 300+ IBEW represented employees. Handle grievances, discipline, lawsuits (EEOC, ADA, NLRB, etc.), harassment and discrimination claims and other interactions with IBEW Local 611. Conduct investigations as needed.
