Madeline is a founding member of Caledonia Ventures, a family enterprise consisting of multiple operating companies, multi-generational family council. Her professional experience includes consulting at KPMG for top financial institutions on operational excellence. She has earned an Advanced Certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute providing additional tools for positive change in Family Business Systems. She also holds a degree from Georgia Institute of Technology in Management science with concentrations in Industrial Engineering and Psychology.

Hoge is a co-author of a children’s book series under the pen name CJ Corki, written in the open dyslexic font. She and her two sisters are bringing awareness that one in five people have the gift of dyslexia. This diagnosis, once considered an invisible disability, is now a celebrated attribute in the world of neurodiversity. She understands the challenges of dyslexia due to navigating two of her three sons through the school system with the diagnosis of Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and ADHD.
