I started out as an information architect building websites and interactions focusing on organizing, structuring, and labeling content in an way that help the users find the information they are looking for and complete the tasks they are there for. It's much about communicating what to expect and delivering on those expectations.Working with User eXperience also means understanding the market, the clients business goals and matching that with customer needs using technology as the facilitator. In that process I took on more and more Project Management and account management responsibilities. It's hard to be both IA and PM at the same time, why I decided to focus a bit more on the client centric side of the scale being a PM full time.

As initiator and driving force, I created the first campus tv station on Aalborg University, along with a team of selected colleagues. From the beginning the plan was to create a tv-station, that would provide an added value to both campus and local community. By raising an impressive founding, we succeeded in creating a small tv-station with the technical ressources, for students to get hands on experience with media production, that is equal to leading danish tv stations. As an independant tv station, we landed a deal with the local network provider, to broadcast in the entire northern part of Jutland. This secures demands of high production standards, and provides a window of exposure for the students working at AAUtv.
