My passion is making sense of hard puzzles that drive strategy (where to play, how to flourish) and I've built and led a few teams to do that. How I get there is through critical thinking, multi-method research, collaboration, inspiring alignment across diverse stakeholders, incubating adaptable teams, and developing tools, frameworks, and methods that are usable and credible. Where I provide the most value is in generating a culturally grounded foundational vision that both establishes a purpose to align around and structures the path to get there informing organizational and incremental program interventions. I work across that gap between vision and execution to help you extract structure from ambiguity, so you know what to ask, how to get the answers, and what to do next. What that means for business, brand, and design strategy is that I lead teams to get at foundational market insights, develop and leverage speculative future foresight, establish a POV, extract actionable direction, provide evaluation criteria and user requirements, and deliver a strategic roadmap coupled with tactical briefs. Key to this is the human-centered vision and storytelling supported by real data.Currently in my role as SVP at Space Doctors, I'm building teams to help inform business and design direction for brand, positioning, strategy, and portfolio through integrating social science and semiotic research perspective and approaches.
