Senior Program Manager
Current- Lead large sized enterprise transformation programs through the end-to-end (Planing, Budget, Execution, Success) delivery lifecycle for strategy and systems supporting Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Go To Market, Product and Sales teams.- Transformation delivery at Docusign includes the Intelligent Agreement Management Product release, Salesforce (GTM), Gainsight (Customer Success), FinancialForce (ProServe), SkillJar LMS (Docusign University), Genesys Contact Center (Customer Support Agent Center)- Strategies delivered include Product/Service Offering and Incentive Programs, Customer Engagement models, Renewal and Expansion Strategies, Enhanced Service Deliveries, Customer Enablement, Professional Service Billings and more.- Onboarded and lead point of contact with vendor professional service teams through delivery lifecycle. Developed, Supported and enabled program delivery best practices with a comprehensive playbook building a “brand” of delivery within the Enterprise Transformation portfolio and across multiple Operations teams.- Mentored and guided junior PM and BSA’s on program and project delivery across the enterprise
