- Develop and provide objectives and KPI for all activities and ensure that it is done on time effictively and efficiently.- Documenting progress and performance appraisal results for future performance planning use.- Provide analytical findings and recommendations related to employee performance.- Identify performance gaps and determine training needs in coordination with IMC academy.- Assist in developing best practices to improve organizational performance and effectiveness.- Responsible for writing, updating and following up the job descriptions in collaboration with departments managers.- Oversight of job descriptions’ reviews, analyses and writing procedures.- Assist with planning, implementation, ongoing maintenance of IMC’s policies and procedures (P&P) and the protocols and Scope of Service (SOS). - Analyze root causes for organizational problems, and recommend corrective actions.- Evaluate current business processes and recommend improvements.- Collaborating with hospital-wide departments to ensure that Organizational Development activities are aligned with departmental objectives.- Maintain database related to accreditation bodies such as CBAHI, JCI and ACHSI and prepare status reports to take action to cover the gap if needed.- Maintain and update organizational structure and cost center in ERP system.- Maintain and update jobs and positions dictionary in ERP system.- Make sure the workflow in ERP system is accurate by selecting appropriate reporting line.

Including but not limited to:- Developing the HR team’s performance.- Supervision of staff and tasks related to the department.- Handling all recruitment and exit processes.- Develop the yearly manpower plan based on the approved organisation structure and Saudization government plan.- Train new HR members on using SAP.- Conducting investigations.- Responsible for all tasks related to government websites.- Supervising the preparation of monthly payroll.- Collaborating with all departments to set annual training plans.- Helping the safety team in emergency response.- Collaborating with Finance for periodical and annual budget.- Helping Quality in maintaining ISO and SASO certificate.

- Performing the duties of the Human Resources Manager during the absence of the actual manager.- Assisting the team and guide them in performing the tasks.- Build and edit the organization structure.- Writing the internal policy & procedures and apply it.- Build and modify the salary structure (Scale of Salary).- Responsible for updating and following up the job descriptions in collaboration with departments managers.- Design a compensation packages based on business needs.- Preparing monthly payroll.- Responsible for employee services.- Responsible for internal and external company announcements.- Manage all recruitment and exit processes.- Collaborate in the development of the department's budget.- Handle various HR tasks as required and assigned.
