In my long career I have gained experience on various Civil Engineering projects in several locations across the world. Such projects include buildings, bridges, tunnels, infrastructure works, dams and sewage treatment plants, which were both complex and demanding from the civil engineering perspective and were undertaken for prestigious clients. During this period my career has progressed to the stage where I became Project Director on technically challenging and demanding projects.In my previous roles as Project Director, Project Manager and Construction Manager have all (to varying degrees) involved the following responsibilities:• Management of the total construction process to ensure achievement of time, cost and quality targets;• Value engineering;• Staff management, including the planning, coordination and supervision of resources;• Implementing and overseeing safety and quality management plans; • Provide directions and advice relating to planning and scheduling;• Advice and assistance with the recovery of entitlements relating to additional time and cost;• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
