Planning mechanical activities for the bauxite beneficiation plant through SAP, allocating labor and resources to maintenance orders as well as requisitioning purchases through SAP transactions, generating scopes of external service contracting, controlling the scope of asset refurbishment using the 52-week calendar through Project following the Kanban and SMED methodology. With reliability using Ishikawa, actively participated in mechanical failure analyses as a planner. As a predictive maintenance instructor, I internalized the unit's vibration process and equipped the team with a VB7 collector to perform internal vibration analyses, generating an annual savings of sixty thousand reais by internalizing the process. Through management of the predictive plan via SAP, I achieved an annual savings of one hundred and ten thousand reais by applying monitoring techniques to unit assets. In project management using Scrum, I worked on the movement of the ore tailings pumping barge at the unit, increasing its extension by 7 kilometers. As for safety, I was the guardian of the working at height protocol following NR 35, responsible for training new employees on the protocol, as well as responsible for complying with legal requirements through the IUS Natura of the Miraí and Itamarati units.
