SALES: Contributed to RFP’s and bid submissions process by gathering data from multiple sources, then combining them to create manpower curves, revenue forecasts and burn rates for the potential new projects. This process resulted in winning 10 projects.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS: Created processes and made process improvements based on Lean Six Sigma DMAIC tools.EXECUTIVE LEVEL PLANNING: Developed executive level planning tools that used raw data from projects, exposed at risk activities, and forecasted potential cost over-runs. This helped mitigate problems prior to them becoming a larger issue and potentially saved the company millions of dollars.
