Recruitment 08/ 2008 – 08/2015 09/2007-8/2008 Contract•Recruiting for all modality of medical health care professional performing interviews, telephone screenings and background checks.•Counseling, promotions, and share employee information with the nursing and allied health leaders.•Train new hired management on the Taleo Web Top.•Providing new hire candidates with hospitals pre-employment documentation.•Provides new hire candidates with information for hospital orientation.•Entering all new hire documentation proficient applicant tracking, the ability to provide both passive and active candidate scheduling occupational health testing, offer letters, and providing benefit package information.•Reviewing and entering all new hire information into Taleo computer system. Forwarding qualified candidates resume information to hiring leaders•Sourcing, cold calling, Social Media, Networking and interviewing with many healthcare professionals whose talent and skill set meet the hospital needs.•Promotes employee referral programs for the recruitment of qualified applicants; attend career fairs to help provide a continuous candidate pool.•The ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment.
