Women’s equal participation in ICT by 2030 is an aspirational target for the Bangladesh Government. ICT is regarded as ‘thrust sector’ in the government’s bid to becoming a middle income country by 2021. The sector represents the potential for quick wins in governance reforms, education, employment, industrial growth, and formation of an inclusive society. BdOSN is a pioneer in promoting women’s inclusion in ICT sector in the country. To contribute in Government’s goals, BdOSN has launched a three years project titled ‘Enabling Sustainable Development Goals of Bangladesh for 2030- BdOSN’ from April 2019. The overall goal of the project is to enable aspiring young women ICT professionals to be more career focused in the ICT and related sectors through exposure, capacity development, and confidence building.

The Increasing Volume of Early-Harvest and Multi-Harvest Rice Varieties in Moulvibazar (IVEMRVM) project, led by the Bangladesh Freedom Foundation (BFF) with support from the Australian High Commission Bangladesh, aims to boost rice production in Moulvibazar’s Kulaura Upazila. Running from January 2023 to March 2024, the project focuses on cultivating Early-Harvest and Multi-Harvest rice varieties to enhance yields and enable multiple harvests from a single planting. Key activities include producing and distributing seeds free of charge to local farmers, establishing demonstration plots, and conducting workshops to raise awareness and skills. Despite challenges from natural disasters, the project has successfully advanced seed distribution and improved local agricultural practices, contributing to regional food security and sustainable farming.

Inter School and Collage Programming Contest -ISCPC will held from 2018, there are several programming camp and regional contest of which will move to National Program to be held in Dhaka. Protham Alo and SCB jointly arrange this contest. My role was plan and coordinate the whole arrangement.
