- Safety Hazard Audit on plant floor which resulted in several findings for EH&S- Door Force Closing assessment consisting of gaging closing force, working with maintenance to lower air cylinder pressure, repairing doors, and researching possible solutions (light curtains, servo doors, etc.)- Part process internal audit in preparation for IATF audit. Consisted of verifying information relating to part prints, process routings, control plans, and PFMEA- Assisted engineers with machine changeover - Use of PLEX and Quickbase to document findings of various projects

- Continuous improvement projects including die changeover, coil changes, and assembly times- Work Instructions for processes regarding quality, assembly, and stamping operations- Time/cost estimation for various projects
