Graphic Designer
Current• Conceptualize and craft a diverse range of content encompassing both visual and written communication materials while adhering to brand guidelines.• Maintain brand consistency throughout campaigns and assets.• Exceptional visual, verbal and written communication skills.• Visually produce and author, as needed, a variety of materials for several audiences including employee and customer facing communications, • Design materials included but not limited to the following: presentations, flyers, invitations, infographics, brochures, emails, logos/icons and motion graphics.• Communicate best production practices including correct file format and sizes for both print and digital design.• Collaborate with the team to develop creative communication/marketing campaigns and concepts to drive customer and employee engagement and retention. • Take charge of HTML email design, including the creation of new templates, and best design/production procedures.• Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry software and best practices,while ensuring brand consistency.• Take Initiative and implement problem-solving skills as needed on a daily basis.
