My duties include; designing a product solution in line with specifications given bybusiness managers, implementing software and taking it live to staff members,offering support services for users, coaching users within the business and meetingwith clients.

I have been so involved with major activities at the HCT system levels which had made a major progress and strong impact on the improvement of the information systems for the organization. I have actively participated in planning, designing, and implementing initiative for the Sharjah college’s Portal, and I have been leading the implementation of the new system portal which has been highly praised by HCT and my efforts have been widely acknowledged and recognized. I have developed my management and organization skills, including team leadership, delegation, conflict resolution and assertiveness.I have built a strong team within the colleges which will help maintaining a proactive approach to enhancements.I have strongly contributed to data analysis and reporting in the colleges for quality assurance, and have been working closely with the QA team to provide them wit the best tools and information to achieve results.Achievements1.
