I am responsible for pursuing and integrating new customer contracts primarily in the public sector. My role involves interaction with senior decision makers to negotiate and implement frameworks and contracts for the Phoenix business.Notable successes are inclusion on CCS frameworks RM717 , RM1557 (GCloud) , RM1058 in addition to major contract wins in NHS ,Blue Light and Central and Local Government throughout my career in Phoenix.

I am responsible for running the Servo business in Scotland on a day to day basis reporting into the Managing Director.I manage a team of Sales ,technical and administrative staff who look after all our customers in Scotland .From my background as a field engineer and manager I have increasingly adopted a managerial role whilst maintaining relationships with our customer base.

I worked on a range of Sun equipment on both production line and RCA .The work required attention to quality, detail and an electronics background utilising automated production systems and ATE.

Responsible for the repair of secure IT systems in military and commercial environments . The work involved visiting secure sites across the UK including GCHQ, Faslane and Coulport supporting strategic defence systems in addition to supporting Customs and Excise administrative functions in their office locations.
