Product Creation, Mobile Financial ServicesAs a member of Nokia Money product creation management team I’m leading the group with a global responsibility to deploy Nokia Money asset to all Nokia device categories. Heading the team with responsibility of contributing Strategic Growth Area (SGA) and CBD programs with common design, user interface, user experience, software and hardware development and processes capabilities, for creating prototypes, offering PC analysis expertise and for enabling fast ramp-up development services to new projects.

In this role I was heading pre-product programs with responsibility of concepting, R&D and partner collaboration. I hold a global Nokia responsibility of NXP technology adoption activities that are focused on refining new business opportunities to a concrete offering, ensuring that Nokia has needed technology and partnering strategy and right selection of NXP technologies and assets in place when entering to emerging markets.

Advanced Development unit had a mission to create innovative and disruptive solutions from research sources and expedite their time-to-market in mobile devices and E2E services. Within Advanced Development organization, I was holding concept lab head position with the responsibility of new technology and innovation productisation between Nokia Research Center and Nokia Device business units. Concept lab was established to deliver product prototypes of new device technologies, concepts of new product innovations and reference setups of E2E service solutions. As part of the position I was responsible for leading Nokia living lab facilities in Finland, China and Silicon Walley, US.

A number of program and team leader positions in global organization with the responsibilty of delivering SW and HW components for mobile device product programs.

With company-wide responsibility of technology enabler portfolio management, I had responsibility of contributing in technology enabler strategies, business architecture plans and and product feature portfolios.

I was heading subcontracting management in Finland with the responsibility of agreement negotiations, pricing, project order management, project steering and subcontractor account management.

A number of SW developer and project management positions in Windows and Unix server technology areas.

In program lead position in production control system development initiative, I had responsibility of requirement definition, subcontracting and partner management, system testing, production ramp-up and field training.
