Role Description: Process Engineer Leader for assembly line and testing line. - Lead Process Engineer team and support production Line to achieve daily and weekly target yield rate.- Collect data from daily, weekly yield rate report, Top defective list report by test station and assign team member to do failure analysis and root cause analysis.- Perform Failure analysis, Conduct Root Cause Analysis, Root Cause simulation with teams and create action plan for short-term and long-term solution to feedback to manufacturing process team to carry out corrective action, preventive action.- Provided technical support to production Line for material confirmation, machine confirmation and assembly process confirmation.- Plan and conduct technical training for relevant personnel and Operator.- Prepare quality FACA report using quality tools (problem solving, statistical tools, analytical tools, PFMEA, 8D, Fish bone etc.), Yield rate report for internal team and report for customer.- Attend daily meeting with internal management team to report daily, weekly yield rate, Top issue, FACA and Improvement plan.- Do fixture check and create work instruction, attention instruction for new product/ project.
