Mi is a Berlin based product designer with over 11 years experience. She’s worked on a variety in-house brands ranging from startup size to large tech companies and agencies with ambitious goals. She has a unique talent at seeing the big picture potential in a product or service and then bringing it to life.Each company Mi has worked for she was helping clients bridge the gap between ideas and implementation on projects in Live TV, telecommunication, e-reading, mapping, insurance, and a wide range of other industries. For each project she always tried to keep her design decisions based from the users perspective. Her passion for user centered design goes back to her university years and were ingrained during her years at a design agency. She strongly believes that good design is based on the users needs.Mi is comfortable working on the holistic view of a project by finding the vision of a service collaboratively with everyone involved and bringing the team together. She likes to lead group design conversations and share the knowledge that she has grasped over the years as a designer.
