What I do best is connecting leadership development with organisational growth. I've seen how it was essential in leading the expansion of DJ Group of Companies as one of its earliest members. Over two decades, I've had the privilege to design team, leadership development and cultural transformation for government agencies, GLCs and conglomerates, and in talent development solutions for the banking and property industries. It is incredibly gratifying to have a hand in strategising, facilitating, managing and witness their growth. In essence, leadership & people development matter because you solve problems better when you work better with a team or within the organisation.
