• Create lighting design plans to achieve the desired result.• Discuss and develop ideas with the architect and client.• Design the lighting using CAD software, SketchUp and DIAlux evo, paying attention to health and safety requirement.• Write a Lighting plot (giving a space), manage the set-up of lighting system and working alongside lighting technicians.• Write a lighting plot/script to note where there are any lighting changes.• Manage cost-effectiveness and energy-efficiency of lighting equipment.• Holding meetings with the client to present ideas, mock-ups, costing and amending designs where necessary.• Provide the lighting specification and BoQ for cost budgetary.• Attend dress and technical rehearsals to ensure lighting choices are correct, making adjustments as needed.• Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.• Calculating lux level, providing pre-sales technical assistance and product knowledge.

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers. • Identify and establish new business as well as liaise with existing clients.• Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements. • Attend company training seminars to become familiar with product lines.• Developing long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirements.• Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.• Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.• Calculate lux level calculation, client quotations and administering client accounts.• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education and lighting design.• Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to show samples or catalogs, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages.• Recommend improved materials or machinery to customers, showing how changes will lower costs or increase production.

• Design of electrical panels in low voltage.• Drawing up project plans, making models, prototypes and circuit diagrams for high and low voltage electrical equipment.• Develop and update design drawing under the instruction of project engineers and manager in line with the project details.• Select electrical components suitable for client specific designs• Checking and Preparing A-A work.• Preparation & Calculation Bill of Quantities ‘BOQ’ are advantage.• Calculation of Electrical wiring installation.• Taking care of the jobs to finish in-time.
