- Create test plan, test scenarios and test cases based on the requirements.- Define test strategy.- Define affected areas for each new features.- Execute test cases throughout all development process such as regression, new feature testing, smoke test, exploratory testing, etc…- Create and manage detailed and reproducible bug report.- Create detailed test report before each release.- Help Product Manager to prioritize bugs.- Be able to obtain console logs, screenshot and record video to help engineering team to investigate bugs more easily.- Identify and analyze issues, defects and other problems.- Review client’s, customer’s and user’s feedback.- Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.

- Define and document customer business logic requirement and processes.- Design the mockups, workflows, flowchart, so on based on the requirement.- Acts as a bridge between development, test team and customers.- Collect all questions from development and test team, and then send to customers for their review and answers.- Translate all customers’ business requirements into technical documents clearly and understandably and send them to customer for their review and approval. After that, development and test team can base on those technical documents to do their tasks confidently.- Transfer verbally business logic for development and test team in meeting.- Work as an onsite BA at customer sites to gather and analyze requirement by working closely with end users and product owner.- Read code in SQL with developer team to get business logic from the client’s current application to integrate to the new application- Conduct meetings to demo and review product with customers weekly.- Perform high-level testing and validation of the system before each release.
