However, I always felt my strength is in interpersonal communications, being a strong team player and supporting my colleagues in whichever way was needed. I am passionate about personal relationships, and promoting the understanding in scientific communities. Living in different countries (I am Croatian, educated in Switzerland, worked in New York, USA, living in the Netherlands with very international family) just deepened my understanding and sensitivity of cultural and personal needs of people working and living abroad. After years spend in research I am looking for an innovative ways to support the community and bring original solutions to modern life and work problems.
