Behavior technicians work with individuals with autism spectrum disorders or other special needs providing one-to-one behavior treatment in the client’s home, school, community, and/or clinic settings. They utilize the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA), such as reinforcement and prompting, to teach the clients adaptive behaviors in developmental areas, such as language, socialization, play, self-help, and motor skills. In addition, behavior technicians implement behavior modification techniques, such as differential reinforcement of alternative behaviors (DRA), in order to reduce problem behaviors that the clients exhibit. Additionally, behavior technicians may provide training to the client’s parents/caregivers in how to effectively implement the behavior intervention plan. Behavior technicians take detailed data regarding every skill and behavior targeted while working with the client and/or parent/caregiver. Furthermore, behavior technicians contact their manager/supervisor with questions regarding the client’s treatment program and they attend team meetings in order to report progress. Behavior technicians perform other job duties as assigned.

Neurofundraising - the scientific study of human biometric response to fundraising stimuli in order to understand, measure, and increase the effectiveness of each stimuli within a targeted donor base. Working with participants to offer services such as facial analysis, eye tracking, IRT, EEG, GSR, and respondent interview. Collecting and analyzing data to benefit charities/nonprofit organizations.

Officer of the Pairing Committee for Oklahoma State Panhellenic Recruitment (Fall, 2022) serving to match potential new members with current members for conversation workshops for each round of Formal Recruitment. Responsibilities included reviewing applications and information for over 850 potential new members, taking detailed notes for future references, organizing structure of timeframes for each round.

Head of Sisterhood & House Tour Day for Oklahoma State Panhellenic Recruitment (Fall, 2022). Responsibilities included brainstorming unique ideas, collaborating with the Recruitment committee, contacting/ordering decorations and necessary supplies, creating organized files and forms for all important information. Also presented a speech and presentation explaining financial transparency for each round of recruitment throughout the day (9 total groups).

Serving as the head of T-Shirt design, production and distribution for various Sorority events including philanthropy events, formals, date parties, and the Fall PR line. Responsible for collaborating with event heads to create shirt designs, communicating with various shirt companies, submitting designs to International Headquarters, meeting event deadlines, and efficiently distributing orders to customers.

Undergraduate Clinical Assistant at the Psychological Services Center. Interacting with clients and potential new clients as well as graduate students and faculty supervisors in a professional therapy setting. Gaining valuable knowledge concerning psychological disorders, their assessment and their treatment. Attending weekly staffing meetings and didactics. Main responsibilities include scheduling appointments, handling client payments, providing information via phone, assisting client communications with therapists, and other administrative duties. Completed HIPAA and confidentiality training.

Taught STEM-based after school programs for elementary age children providing instructions to build moving models using Lego bricks. Hosted private birthday parties and led elementary summer camp programs for groups of up to 30 children.

Served as an officer of the Public Relations department to collaborate with International Headquarters and submit materials to The Crescent International Newsletter.
