Lead the guidance and support to manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, patient service HUBs, and other channel vendors regarding business process, data strategy and reporting/analytics for approximately 30 brand programsManager on new and existing data aggregation platform implementations: lead strategic planning/modeling, gather and document business needs, create limited distribution data exhibits, and advise on analytics requirements for data partners and platform configurationCoordinate with internal leadership, development and operational teams as well as external client, SP and other data partner teams to ensure successful platform build and maintenanceProvide sales support in the order of subject matter expertise around SP data management, process flow and patient journey insightsPerform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues, presentation of key business risks and opportunities to end-users and the development of client specific solutions; Manage data quality and SLA adherence of specialty pharmacy networksStrong knowledge of HIPAA guidelines related to de-identification of protected health information, current developments and key issues in life science domain and understanding of major specialty data management and analytics competitorsDeliver training, oversight and skill development opportunities for team of 10+ SP consultantEstablish best practices for data aggregation consultants, standardize documentation/processes and develop strategic initiatives to strengthen manufacturer-to-SP relationships
