I’m the job I had two roles, working the front doing barista work and also working in the back decorating the desserts and making them. The barista work I made coffees, served customers, selling them products from our shelves and made sure they were satisfied with their service. The work in the kitchen I decorated all the deserts for a big wholesaler, making sure they had what was on the list and had them all trayed up and ready to be collected.

Here I looked after bookings in the restaurant, answered the phone and booked customers in or answered any questions they had. I also looked after emails with any complaints or requests etc. When customers arrived if be the first face they see, greeting them and making sure they are seated and happy. Once seated I would check in on them and make sure they had everything they need, I would also do a little waitressing on the side as well as a bit of bar work too.

I’m this role my main priority was to look after the well-being of the dogs. I did the water and food, walked them twice a day, cleaned kennels that needed it and made sure they were all happy.
