I am currently a Saint Louis University undergraduate student studying Biochemistry, pursuing a career in medicine. I am now working in research as an intern for Dr. Jain’s Lab at Washington University, and am a medical scribe in the ED over at SLU hospital and Cardinal Glennon. I’ve chosen these jobs because they allow me greater patient experiences and exposure in public health. What I enjoy about the work is the ability to connect with others from all walks of life as well as grow scientifically through lab work. My goal has always been a career in medicine, and I’m very open to shadowing various specialties. A huge interest for me would be to shadow, research, and volunteer. My professors, peers, and employer(s) would describe me as driven, efficient, and hungry for knowledge!
