Remote Support For EMEA (Europe, Middle-East, Africa)

• Managing Asset Database for Europe, Middle-East and Africa.
• Procurement of stock such as systems, system bundles, lab-test equipment, hardware, software and maintaining stock and stock levels for several sites in and around EMEA.
• Direct liaison between suppliers such as Insight UK, Insight U.S.A, Dell UK, Dell Finland, Yael (Israel) and Broadcom employees and contractors.
• Maintaining sales and procurement on global budgets.
• Responsible for obtaining and maintaining global pricing on IT equipment and software for Broad-com (Europe and Israel regions).
• Managing client expectations in terms of service delivery, to ensure that procurement and deliveries of products are met and or made by agreed due dates.

• Website Management and controlling/updating data of new courses and other services provided by DPC.
• Administration of student information, course bookings, venue arrangements, finances and practical sessions.
• Co-ordination of scheduled courses.
• Liaison to students and new course attendees.
• Liaison to suppliers (Arranging and managing of products and services).
• Managing of photography assets, which include albums, prints and digital assets, i.e. web-orders and uploads via FTP.

• Creating quotes for deliveries into and re-deliveries/collections out of storage warehouse.
• Opening of storage files, issuing these with reference and account numbers.
• Invoicing of all storage related transactions, such as deliveries into store, re-deliveries/collections out of store, monthly storage and inspection charges.
• Arranging and checking payments to be made by clients and or their corporate sponsors.
• Check bookings of moves and co-ordination of moves into and out of store.
