In addition to teaching undergraduate nutrition courses to students at Harper, I am also a clinical supervisor for their Dietetic Internship Program. In this role I help mentor, teach future dietitians. I work with site preceptors facilitate rotation experiences to for our students to meet their competencies to sit for the RD Exam.
