Being in the airline industry for almost 12 years let me experience first-hand what life is like in different parts of the world. I had a better view of everything and everyone because of my job. I have become accustomed to the unpredictable and unexpected changing schedule for inevitable reasons, but flying during the pandemic introduced new challenges to an already demanding job. Everyone is on pins and needles, but I have been trained to be flexible and adaptive. My career has developed me into a self-motivated, highly-organized, and dynamic professional. My professionalism, impeccable communication, and organizational skills helped me work efficiently and skillfully. Thus being said, I want to create a blueprint for process improvement, interjecting training, and operational enhancements that drive optimal results and better service quality. I strive to keep an avenue for staying connected to the decision-making infrastructure in organizations that support initiatives, catalyzing growth and opportunity.
