At Wörks I work as an Executive Producer, with high-profile clients and oversee projects from strategic brand renewals to multichannel advertising campaigns. My task is to ensure seamless executions within timelines and budgets while making sure we exceed client expectations and additionally creating successful outcomes. I love to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative and impactful advertising campaigns and brand development.The team I am a part of is jointly responsible for new customer acquisition and we are closely following our set sales targets and reporting results monthly within the company. Our team works in an agile environment, where we have daily stand-up meetings and update our Kanban to help organize and prioritize the day and the tasks ahead. I act as a combined scrum master and project owner in this work method. It is a challenge to incorporate scrum techniques from the IT industry to the advertising world, but we have succeeded in developing several methods that work well for us. As a certified Scum Master, I have found this type of work method really rewarding. At Wörks, we work in a non-hierarchical environment where each person , regardless of title, is a part of developing and contributing to the success of the company. I am sitting as part of the finance- and investment group, sales- and internal marketing group as well as the group developing our culture and employee satisfaction. Working as a Senior Digital Producer for Nissan Nordic Europe team in a lean and agile international surrounding, being responsible for digital campaigns in 7 countries (Nordics and Baltics). Sitting as a part of the clients digital team, developing together digital projects and processes. Having a senior digital gatekeeper role within the team to ensure all departments working for the client execute the digital solutions based on best practice and guidelines. Collaborating with headquarter in Europe, the creative team, production partners and local clients in the different Nissan countries to ensure high quality digital campaigns and webpage content.

I was part of the Nokia.com team and was responsible as Project Manager for web-content and campaign projects for Nokia Phones and Nokia Enhancements sections. The work included planning and implementing digital projects for phone launches (global collaboration), phone model campaigns, product page updates, web service development, migration projects and co-ordination of new online services for the nokia.com digital environment.
