Combining Western experience with the rich tradition of the Asian cultures in which we operate, we enable senior and middle managers all over the Asia Pacific Region to achieve their full leadership potential.As the Sr. Consultant, my responsibilities include:- Manage and grow existing key accounts, and open new client opportunities to grow the overall China coaching and leadership development business.- Large Scale Leadership and Executive Coaching Solutions- Top Talent and Leadership Development Solutions, leadership assessment tools and related certification programs- Ensure high quality delivery of all client programs and projects, taking the role of project manager to work with MDS Associate Facilitators and Coaches, the client and the MDS Operations Team- Oversee program preparation and pre-work (PCQ, preparation emails and pre-work and reading, assessments, preparation meetings between the client and MDS Associates, and venue preparation)- Program materials including ppt slides, workbook, handouts, case studies, etc.- Communications and tracking of progress between program modules and sessions (including Coaching Progress Reports, Key Themes Client Reports, Coach Calibrationmeetings, and timely management of all client issues that arise).- Preparation of Program and Coaching Impact Reports for post program follow-up and review with clients. Lead and maintain engagement and ongoing communication for the MDS Associate Community in Mainland China- Contribute to and coordinate related thought leadership and marketing events (e.g. MDS Sponsorship of Coaching Study, AmCham Human Capital Conference).

As the Coaching Manager, my main responsibilities include:- Maintain the executive coaching business of RMB 3 millions per year in Asia Pacific region by providing excellent consulting and customer services- Manage a team of 50 Associate Executive Coaches based in 18 major cities across APAC to ensure they deliver top quality assignments - Design and develop coaching and training materials and programs- Maintain and build relationships with existing coaching clients- Ensure successful delivery of all coaching programs - Attend key client meetings to develop new leads- Design coaching solutions, create proposals and close deals with clients- Provide monitoring feedback as necessary to clients- Plan and assist with marketing events by enhance all related materials
