StemChef is a company designed to celebrate birthdays while teaching children the fields of STEM. The company hosts escape rooms and its mission is to promote women in STEM and teach crucial subjects in a fun and exciting way.At StemChef I host escape rooms on weekends for kids. I Conduct science experiments and taught younger children about science. I also Ensure kids were safe in the escape room and excited to learn more about the STEM fields. I aid with setting up and closing the facility.

- Head marketing initiatives consisting of developing social media posts and email advertising campaigns - Promoting women in STEM movement, learning science in a fun and exciting way and organizing company deadlines- Increasing company awareness via hosting fundraisers, leading creation of marketing ads for social media

- Opened and closed facilities, managing staff schedules, training and student instruction and coachingMaintained facilities, including pool deck cleanliness, and pool maintenance, ensuring chemicals used for the pool were within safety and regulatory guidelines - Led problem-solving sessions with staff, students and parents. Instructed children in ages ranging from 9 months to 15 years of age. Assured proficient technique, that children have a good foundation of becoming water-safe and enjoy their time swimming in the water
