During this 10 week internship I made an analysis of the different cultures in Sonion A/S and the effect these cultures had on the implementation of new performance management tools in the organization.The analysis was based on Foucaults theory of power structures and therefore enabled me to do a different sort of cultural analysis than normally seen. The analysis seeked to expose the regimes of truth in the different departments of the company in order to explain why the implementation of these performance management tools were perceived differently based on the same communication in the implementation process.
