I distribute naloxone, safer use kits, and conduct syringe exchange services for community members, putting dignity and humanity first. Aiming to prevent death by overdose through comprehensive community education and relationship-building.

Collaborate with University Chaplains (Muslim, Christian, and Jewish) on initiatives aimed to enhance campus environment for students of any, all, and no faith backgrounds. Assist the department with programs and events related to interfaith literacy and diversity.

Led educational programs, built community, and promoted new student learning during Orientation Week.

I do street-based outreach in the HIPS mobile services van where I provide harm reduction counseling, distribute prevention supplies (clean needles, safer smoking kits, Narcan, condoms), make referrals, and offer holistic support to a diverse client population in Southeast DC. I also assist in community education around HIV/HCV prevention and overdose reversal.

Currently conducting qualitative research under professor Dr.Mitali Thakor for ongoing STS study on digital surveillance and Connecticut's opioid overdose response system.

Selected as one of 26 people across North America to participate in cohort based on intellectual leadership and character. Beginning with paid 5 week long trip, the cohort studied Jewish text, history, and philosophy as a means to examine religious conflict and build pluralistic community. Continue to participate in alumni community as interviewer for fellowship finalists.
